SELIAS is a Canadian melodic death / alt-groove metal band formed in 2020 by guitarist Steve Elias. Combining the intensity of melodic death metal with groove-driven riffs and modern alternative influences, the band has developed a sound that balances aggression, melody, with strong hooks.

SELIAS continued building momentum with KILLKARMA in end of 2025. The release spent five months on the U.S. Metal Contraband Radio Top 50 charts, reaching #17 in January 2026 and expanding the band’s reach beyond Canada.

Known for a tight and energetic live set, SELIAS brings a heavy, polished performance backed by visuals that strengthen the experience without overshadowing the music. The focus stays where it belongs: strong songs, a powerful live show, and connecting with the crowd.

SELIAS has built its reputation on the road, taking its high-energy live show across Canada and the United States. Based in Toronto, the band has toured coast-to-coast, from Eastern Canada to the West Coast, while completing multiple U.S. runs and sharing festival stages with regional and national acts. Each tour has continued to grow the band’s reach and strengthen its connection with audiences across North America.
